You can also edit or delete your school from the School List page.

Add Teachers & Subjects

Adding Teachers
  1. Go to ResourcesCreate Teacher.
  2. Enter the teacher's name and click Save Teacher.
  3. If a teacher handles combined classes (multiple sections at once), append a number to their name (e.g., Ramesh 1, Ramesh 2).
Adding Subjects
  1. Go to ResourcesCreate Subject.
  2. Select the subjects your school offers from the checkbox list.
  3. Click Save to add them. Already added subjects are hidden from the list.

Create & Manage Timetables

Setting Up a Class Timetable
  1. Go to TimetablesTimetable Setup.
  2. Select a Class, Medium, and Section, then click Manage Timetable.
  3. You'll see a grid with days (columns) and periods (rows). For each cell, select a Teacher and Subject.
  4. Auto-fill feature: Fill Monday's schedule first, then the rest of the week auto-populates.
  5. Click Save Timetable when done.
Conflict Detection

The system automatically checks for scheduling conflicts:

  • A teacher assigned to two classes at the same time
  • A class scheduled for two subjects in the same period

Conflicts are highlighted in red with a warning message.

Existing timetables appear as cards on the setup page. Click Manage Timetable to edit them.
4
